AEO is based in Melbourne and led by team of local experts in the fields of transmission design and operation.
Formerly known as Transmission Operations Australia (TOA), AEO was established in 2011 to provide transmission connection services for projects that require contestable connections into HV networks.
AEO has the capability to develop, design, finance, construct and operate assets and has access to skilled resources across the CKI group of companies in Australia.
AEO owns and operates two terminal stations in Victoria at Elaine and Ararat, and is currently constructing a synchronous condenser for connection into its Ararat Terminal Station.
